Return & Exchange Policy
We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery for both domestic (US) and international orders.
Eligibility
Items must be new and unworn, unwashed, with the hygienic liner still attached and all tags on. Please try on swimwear over undergarments. We also accept returns of defective or damaged items. If your item arrived damaged, please contact us with a photo.
United States, Canada & Mexico returns: free
Returns within the US, Canada and Mexico are free. We'll email you a prepaid return label to download and print.
All other countries: $20 USD
Returns and exchanges from outside the US, Canada and Mexico cost a flat $20 USD, which covers your return label. We'll email you the label to download and print.
How to start a return
Email us at support@ritualtextiles.com with your order number and the items you're returning. We'll reply with your return label and instructions. All returns are sent back by mail.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll issue a refund to your original payment method within 7 days. For returns from outside the US, Canada and Mexico, the $20 fee is taken out of your refund. There is no restocking fee.
Exchanges
If you'd like a different size or item, tell us when you start your return and we'll send the replacement once your return arrives. Please check our size chart before ordering to get the best fit.
